Giant Cursor of the Day: Displayed at the Festival Ingravid in Spain earlier this year, the “Urban Cursor” is described by its creators as a “GPS enabled object designed to facilitate social interaction and play in public space.”
The cursor transmits its coordinates to a website, which displays its exact location at any given moment via Google Maps. “People could touch it, move it around and sit on it as an alternative to the benches.”
